First, there is absolutely no risk to hire us! You only pay our fee when you hire someone we've provided, and then how you pay is customizable. We work with small to mid-sized companies that don’t have internal HR departments and don’t have the bandwidth to take on the detailed, time-consuming process of hiring. ALR provides comprehensive services that make it easy and stress-free. We gladly tailor the efforts to your specifications, so you have as much or as little involvement in the process as you like.

It is free to be part of it and a supportive way to open up channels to new possibilities. Once connected with an ALR Staffing Consultant, which can be arranged here, candidates are vetted in person or via video conference to start. There is no obligation to take it any further, we meet people where they are on their journey.
Even those who are merely exploring possibilities of work can gain valuable insight and tips to help them in the job search process. If we don’t have an open job that fits, we’ll do our best to provide resources and tools that support you.
Fee Structure
Candidates/Job Seekers:
No fee, it is a FREE service to work with ALR Connections. No obligation and no pressure. We offer complimentary resume review as part of our initial meeting.
Clients/Companies:
For full-time positions, we charge a % of the annual salary. For part-time positions, we charge a flat rate. Both options are split into agreed upon installments, the first of which is due by the first date of our candidate’s employment - nothing is paid upfront, so no risk involved.
