Yes. The majority of our candidate base is looking for flexible employment, which often includes part-time jobs. We charge a flat fee of $4,000 for any role less than 40 hours per week. It can be paid in installments starting on the employee’s first day of work (see below).
No. We accept payment for our services in two installments, or multiple if mutually agreed upon. The first payment, typically half of the total fee, is due on the candidate’s first day of work. The next installment is due within 60 - 90 days.
We offer a 60-90 day trial period intentionally to ensure you’ve hired the best fit. Our reputation for fantastic matchmaking is the most important aspect of our business. Client satisfaction is our main goal and it’s our benchmark for success. If for any reason a new hire is not what was expected within the trial period, we will do our best to replace them at no additional charge.
